DailyKenn.com — Gregory Hostetler, 48, was fatally shot in Hervey City, IL.
Tiimon Perry, 25, has been charged with first degree murder and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
Kolby Sunderland, 18, was also shot.
Reports say Hostetler and Sunderland had towed a vehicle that Perry came to retrieve. A dispute over the $50 tow fee escalated into a physical altercation. During the fight, Perry allegedly pulled out a gun and shot Hostetler in the head, killing him instantly.
When Sunderland attempted to disarm Perry, he was shot in the shoulder.
