DailyKenn.com — 42-year-old Steven Mendoza De Luna was fatally shot during a botched convenience store robbery in Houston, TX.
Four teenagers, aged 14, 14, 16, and 16, are currently charged with capital murder.
Their identities and booking photos are being withheld.
Reportedly, three suspects entered the store and initiated the robbery, during which De Luna was shot. The suspects fled in their vehicle after the shooting, leaving De Luna dead at the scene.
De Luna was working as a clerk in the store. The suspects apparently chose to bypass labor to earn cash, opting to steal instead.
