Melissa Quintero, 39, fatally shot in Victorville, CA

DailyKenn.com — Melissa Quintero, 39, was fatally shot in Victorville, CA.

Arrested was Donnie Griffin, 50.

Deputies responded to a residence after receiving a disturbance report. Upon arrival, deputies learned that a verbal altercation had taken place between the Griffin, a Victorville resident, and his family members leading Griffin to assault the relatives.

During the dispute, Quintero and Cody McFann, 35, arrived at the scene, which resulted in a physical confrontation with Griffin.

Following the altercation, Griffin allegedly armed himself with a firearm and chased McFann and Quintero. Both were shot and pronounced dead at the scene.
