DailyKenn.com — Richard Elijah Hilton, 17, was fatally shot in College Station, TX.
Jaylen Markel Moseley, 18, was arrested.
Hilton was discovered with gunshot wounds at an intersection around 2 a.m. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
