DailyKenn.com — Shawn G. Rahn, 40, was fatally shot in Lyons, NY.
37-year-old Randolph Scott was arrested.
The shooting caused panic among families attending a Little League baseball game less than a mile from the scene.
Authorities responded to Scott's apartment shortly after 10:30 a.m. on Saturday following 911 reports of gunfire. Rahn’s body was found inside the apartment. Two hours later, the 37-year-old Scott was apprehended at a nearby residence.
