DailyKenn.com — 44-year-old Lisa Finan was killed in Columbus, GA.
Jaquavion Daise, 17, faces charges of second-degree vehicular homicide and riding a bicycle on the sidewalk.
Finan was fatally struck by an electric bicycle on the Dillingham Street Bridge.
The Muscogee County Coroner reported that Finan died from a traumatic brain injury.
