DailyKenn.com — 49-year-old Toni Stroder was fatally shot in Riverview, MO near St. Louis.

Ramon Lapid, 45, and  DeSean Pearson were arrested. Both were charged with second-degree murder and other charges.

Reports say the incident occurred as two groups of people argued.

Often, a group of White people is accosted by a group of Blacks and, when Whites resist, they are assaulted or shot. The media then reports the incident as "an argument".
