DailyKenn.com — 64-year-old Alvin Matsumoto was fatally beaten in Honolulu, Hawaii. 

Arrested was 23-year-old Kendall Gray.

Reports say the victim was beaten, stomped, and dragged "like a caveman."

Apparently, Matsumoto was a landlord who was evicting a tenant for non-payment. The alleged attacker is said to be the tenant's boyfriend. 

Hawaii is the third most racially diverse state in the USA [source]. It also boasts one of the lowest murder rates [source], indicating that whites and East Asians can live harmoniously. 

Matsumoto appears to be of Japanese descent.
