When officers arrive on the scene, they find two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim is transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries, while the other, identified as 47-year-old Donald James Krajnyak, is pronounced dead at the scene.
By 6 a.m., detectives identify and arrest 23-year-old Alexus Burshell Bost in connection with the shooting. Bost faces charges of first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder. She is currently being held without bond.
Bost has a history with police. She is arrested Sept. 14, 2023 and charged with possession of a stolen firearm.
