DailyKenn.com — Truth activist James O'Keefe plans to sue Twitter. The popular social media platform banned O'Keefe after his Project Veritas released an explosive series of videos exposing alleged manipulation tactics used by CNN.
The platform permanently suspended his account over the alleged use of "fake accounts", according to Fox News.
• Mike Lindell of MyPillow fame plans to launch his own free-speech social media site, frankspeech.com on April 19, 2021. The site is currently accepting registrations. Lindell was booted off Twitter after claiming Donald Trump won the 2020 presidential election.
"I am suing Twitter for defamation because they said, I, James O'Keefe, 'operated fake accounts.' This is false, this is defamatory, and they will pay," the Project Veritas founder said in a statement to Fox News. "Section 230 may have protected them before, but it will not protect them from me. The complaint will be filed Monday."
Twitter declined to comment when asked what fake accounts O'Keefe allegedly used. The company did not respond to requests for comment on O'Keefe's pending lawsuit.
