We lost control. 

At some point the Frankfurt School, a neo-Marxist body of delusional scholars in Germany, managed to embed their mindlessness into American academia and, like a virus that causes insanity, spread. At least that's the theory popularized by the late Andrew Breitbart.

And so...

A growing body of academic and activist literature argues that racial justice requires abolishing “whiteness” or even “the white race” itself. Journals like Race Traitor, essays in Beyond Guilt and Privilege, and influential works such as David Roediger’s The Wages of Whiteness frame whiteness as a uniquely malignant social construct that must be destroyed rather than reformed. Although these writers insist they are attacking an abstract system rather than individuals, this claim collapses under scrutiny. In practice, these arguments function as a moral and political attack on a real, identifiable population group and represent a dangerous regression away from liberal equality and toward collective racial guilt.

 1. “Abolishing Whiteness” Is Not Conceptual—It Is Demographic

Proponents frequently assert that “whiteness” is merely an ideology, not people. Noel Ignatiev’s famous slogan—“treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity”—is often defended as opposition to a status system rather than to whites themselves. Yet “whiteness” is never defined in a way that separates it from people of European descent in everyday life, law, culture, or politics.

I would argue the opposite is true. “Loyalty to whiteness is loyalty to humanity,” considering that Western innovation enhances the lives of all humanity, particularly in health care.

If a category maps overwhelmingly onto a specific ancestry group, calling for its abolition is indistinguishable from calling for the eradication of that group’s identity. No comparable movement exists that calls for the abolition of “blackness,” “Asianness,” or “indigeneity” while claiming neutrality toward the people involved. The asymmetry is not accidental—it reflects an ideological framework that assigns collective moral guilt to whites as a class.

With the above photo in mind, imagine all the innovations pictured would vanish had "whiteness" not existed. Or, try this. Look around you and note what was invented by white people. If nature didn't invent it, white people likely invented it. There are very few exceptions. Another exercise is to visit your hospital. Apart from whiteness, health care would be reduced to witch doctors. Most of us literally owe our lives to whiteness.

What's more, it violates the core liberal principle that moral responsibility is individual, not racial [source]. As Martin Luther King noted, character trumps color. That principle is foundational to modern human rights law.

2. These Arguments Reintroduce Racial Essentialism—They Do Not Eliminate It

Ironically, whiteness abolitionism revives the very racial essentialism it claims to oppose. Authors like Buck and Roediger claim that race categories were historically constructed for political and economic purposes (Roediger overview).

But instead of concluding that race categories should be treated skeptically and minimized, abolitionists elevate “whiteness” into an almost metaphysical force—something that acts, corrupts, and reproduces itself across generations. This mirrors 19th- and early-20th-century racial thinking, merely reversing the moral valence.

If not, then where did the concept of whiteness originate? The answer is clear. It would have come from white people. “Whiteness” and “white people” must be considered synonymous.

Mainstream anthropology explicitly rejects this mode of reasoning. Race is socially constructed, but racism is enacted by institutions and individuals—not by racial identities themselves? [Source]

3. Collective Guilt Is Not Justice—It Is Racial Moralism

Haider’s argument that attempts to create “better whites” is a distraction that makes the underlying moral logic explicit: whiteness itself is treated as irredeemable. This is not anti-racism; it is racial moralism. The framework does not ask what a person does, but what they are. It’s anti-white people.

This approach directly contradicts decades of research showing that collective blame increases polarization, resentment, and radicalization rather than reducing prejudice [source]. The wicked left is contradicting itself. 

Worse, it creates a moral double standard in which one racial group is expected to disavow its identity entirely to be considered ethical, while others are encouraged to preserve and celebrate theirs. That is not equality—it is hierarchy. It’s also hypocrisy.

4. The “Abolish Race” Proposal Masks Power Rather Than Confronting It

Some scholars argue that the solution is to abandon race entirely while retaining “racism” and “racialization.” Eliminating racial categories does nothing to dismantle discriminatory systems in practice. Rather, it excuses genocide, a troubling tragedy currently being experienced throughout the Eurosphere as third-world populations are imported to displace "whiteness".

According to Britain's Office for National Statistics, for example:

London is 36.8% white British
Birmingham is 42.9% white British
Manchester is 48.7% white British

England is 74.4% white British
Wales is 90.6% white British
Scotland is ~87.1% white British
Northern Ireland is 96.6% white

Civil rights enforcement, demographic research, and equal-protection litigation all rely on racial classification to prove harm. Without it, discrimination becomes harder to detect and easier to deny (NIH discussion). In the peculiar thinking of Marxist academics, the problem of anti-white racism is resolved by attacking the esoteric concept of "whiteness." To accomplish the goal of erasing whiteness, they attempt to destroy its source: white people. Again, that is genocide.

For perspective, imagine setting out to destroy Jewishness. How would that be accomplished? 

We see then that race abolition rhetoric is selectively applied. It is overwhelmingly directed at whites, not universally. This selective abolition reveals that the project is not about transcending race but about reallocating moral power within it.

5. The Political Consequences Are Divisive and Destabilizing

The call to abolish whiteness is not a neutral critique of power structures. It is an explicitly racialized ideology that revives essentialist thinking (I’m fine with that), assigns collective guilt (gaslighting), and undermines the left’s own dogma of equal human dignity. By targeting identity rather than behavior, and ancestry rather than institutions, it replaces justice with moral condemnation.

New York City's Muslim mayor seemed to strike that chord when he damned the "frigidity of individualism," a dog whistle for white people, opting for the "warmth of collectivism."

Hypocritically, the mayor lives in a frigid single-family home and drives a frigid car rather than the warmth of public transit.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani's lifestyle demonstrates Roediger’s historical analysis that racial division primarily benefits elites, not ordinary people. Yet whiteness abolitionism reproduces that same dynamic under a moralized academic banner. And so it's been from Moscow to Havana.

Conclusion

The call to abolish whiteness is not a neutral critique of power structures. It is an explicitly racialized ideology that assigns collective guilt (gaslighting), revives essentialist thinking, and undermines the principle of equal human dignity. By targeting identity rather than behavior, and ancestry rather than institutions, it replaces justice with moral condemnation.

A serious opposition to racism requires dismantling discriminatory practices, such as DEI and Affirmative Action, rather than declaring one racial identity uniquely illegitimate. Equality cannot be built on the demand that one group symbolically erase itself.

A more perfect solution can be found in the freedom of association. 

To the chagrin of many of my friends and followers, I don't mind hanging (metaphor) with non-whites. I simply choose to acknowledge the reality that we are different and, when differences can be tolerated, all is well. When differences are intolerable, such as black violence, I speak up and defend our right, as white people, to be separate.
